"100 percent unsatisfied….did not get the cut I requested, even showed pictures, when I show my displeasure not only was I dismissed, by an instructor, I was then told I should be more respectful when handing money even though I should NOT have paid. Do not recommend!"
"Caution: This establishment is not staffed by licensed barbers; instead, it relies on students from a school to perform haircuts. Regrettably, I made the decision to go there last week and had to literally bail out midway through the haircut due to its abysmal quality—it was the worst haircut I've ever experienced. I’m wearing a hat since!! When I initially walked in, I already had low expectations, understanding the context of students practicing their skills. However, the student tasked with cutting my hair seemed to be on his very first day of training, lacking essential proficiency. What alarmed me the most was the complete lack of supervision or intervention by senior students or teachers, leaving the inexperienced student to struggle without guidance. Even though this is a school environment, there should still be a fundamental level of oversight and minimum standards upheld to ensure a reasonable quality of service. PLEASE AVOID."
"Excellent job fixing a cut previously demolished by another barber. Saif did a great job. Hope you keep the sun outta your eyes and thanks again for the repair! A big hand for the recommendation given by the instructor. He picked the right guy for the job."
"went on Sat. 3-11 in the early afternoon. the shop was fairly busy but the wait was short. Mr.B. greeted me and took my name . in literally about 30 sec. i was in Rhonda's chair. the shop is extremely clean and the all the barbers are super friendly. the over-head music is jamming. My barber/student Rhonda did a fantastic fade on me !!! she looked at the picture i showed her and she got on it ! she was very nice and would check with me as she switched guards,and she scissored the top perfectly... 5 stars !!!!!!"
"One of the best Barber shops in Austin. I got a haircut from Alfred and did an amazing job. Everyone was super nice and courteous. Mr B was also amazing and he greeted me and had a nice little conversation. All of this for an unbeatable price. Highly recommend to go here and support student barbers. I would definitely go back for another cut soon."
