Principal Janice Lopez has been leading our school since January 2019, bringing years of experience and a passion for education. Ms. Lopez is dedicated to helping students and families reach their full potential and is excited to continue supporting the KIPP Austin Collegiate community.

"Not the greatest school but overall, good enough. Education is well but lacks diversity. I am concerned of how organized they are because information, though improved over the course of last year, seem to be all over the place. Good teachers and well respectful but I fear that some students do get away with a lot of things. As far as the school wrecking havoc in Austin Commute...the school isn't doing that. Try blaming the number of people that keeps moving in that made Austin grow at alarming rates Jessica Bright. Austin morning traffic has been always bad during school hours and rush hours."

"Why is this place suddenly wreaking havoc on my morning commute? I've driven the same route at the same time for years and now this school is creating an epic cluster on Cameron Road just before 183. Figure out your parking lot/drop off situation and stop allowing your inefficiency to spill out onto a busy 6 lane road."
