"Our experience with a piano teacher was good, very good. Our experience with the Director of Education was bad, very bad. Not worth the hassle to deal with a Director of Education whose interactions leave much to be desired. Too many private teachers in Austin of high caliber to put up with anything less than good for a commitment to music and lessons that is usually a 15+ yr commitment for most families. There are options in Austin. I think that is forgotten by the Director we had the unfortunate opportunity to interact with."

"ACMC has something for everyone whether you want to participate in chamber music (young and mature), enter into their Coltman Chamber music competition or watch the pros during the season concerts or their summer music festival, they have it! Did I mention they do tons of school performances bringing chamber music to elementary to high school students as well??? Plus all of their staff rock so whoever you interact with you’ll have a great experience."
