"***UPDATE AS OF FEBRUARY 2023*** Well, it appears that the Palmer location at least is under new ownership or management again. Bryan was the new manager for only a short time before returning to his original focus as an instructor. TMW seems to have lost it's client focus and the love of music. It's all about the contract now. It's got a corporate feel that forces you to take the lesson, take a lesson plan, or schedule a make-up if available but regardless of the outcome, you will be charged for a lesson each week. Recently, with the ice storm, they were closed for in-person lessons which is understandable but I was forced to pay for an online session which my child does not like. No flexibility, no makeup, nothing. I was going to be charged no matter what. I strongly disagree with that billing method and as long time clients who rarely asked for changes, I expected a little more flexibility. Wasn't happening so I decided to put my money where my mouth is and cancel the sessions because I disagree with their payment policy. We have taken out business elsewhere. Regarding Bryan, the instructor, he is amazing and genuinely cares about his clients. I highly recommend him although be warned that when you sign up, you will be billed each week regardless of the outcome. ***PREVIOUS REVIEW*** Under New Management! The previous manager Don was great but Bryan comes from the instructors team so he really knows the creative side of the business. He agreed to take the promotion only if he could keep his students... now that really speaks volumes about his character. My child Zack loves the sessions. Zack is extremely shy and Bryan has really been able to reach them in a safe and caring way that teaches in a way the Zack gets. It has helped Zack build character and expand their creative outlet. I love this place too. Started with 30 minute lessons and expanded to 50 minute sessions which is a better deal. The Jam Sessions are amazing. It's unbelievable to watch these students perform on stage...what talent. But all levels are welcome. The team walks the students through chord changes, timing, and songs beginning to end. The facility is well equipped as well. I bought two electric guitars there. Great quality Tagima hardwood solid body guitars. Avid fan and loyal customer. I highly recommend them!"
