"This is absolutely the worst grooming I have ever seen on my dog (she has had a total of three). I have a soft coated wheaten terrier, that I asked for a groom/style/cut. I asked for her to remain fluffy (teddy/puppy cut) but to remove some of the length but not excessively. They removed more than an inch and a half to two inches throughout her body, you can see every track mark from the clippers on her sides. Her jowls are not even, nor her face, and there are areas of fur missing near her ears and it also seems like they didn't let my dog out to go to the bathroom and didn't have water for to drink. I unfortunately paid prior to seeing her, and would have brought it up. I paid for this service which was a total of $73 (including tip). Was this worth the service, I don't think so..."
