"I had a great experience working with Heather Rotan, I was really sorry to see her go. Overall Journeys has a large and diverse staff and can accommodate most schedules. I recommend them!"

"We have been taking my son here since September and Ashley has been GREAT with our son. She is kind and really patient with him. He was nervous at first but now he’s excited to come here!"

"Love our counselor but the policies are crazy. They’re very deceptive in telling you to cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment, but once you have cancelled more than 3 times then you get charged the full rate. You are expected to give one weeks notice after 3 cancellations. Basically, life can only happen 3 times, so if you live a super busy life I wouldn’t go here. One week is very unrealistic. When I called the office they told me if it would have been 3 days notice I would have been okay, so their one week policy isn’t really one week. Additionally, we asked our counselor if we could start going once a month due to our lives being so busy. I’m order to schedule and appointment we have to go weekly or every other week. They do not have an option for once a month. This center came highly recommended and I have been nothing but disappointed in their policies and administration. The only reason this is a 2 star is because we like our counselor."

"I'm sure there are decent educated counselors here, but I didn't get that far. Be me, I'm going to do something good for a stranger, I'm going to go donate some blood, this will help someone in the worst situation they have been in. Sit down, "you should donate platelets" okay sounds good, how long does that take? "About an hour and a half" I have an appointment, let me see if I can reschedule it and move it. Ring ring, yes can I reschedule my appointment I have today? "Yes, no problem, same time next week" great I appreciate this on short notice. 15min later in the process, 20 min before my appointment I get a call and I don't answer it. The message is as follows "since you missed your appointment you are going to need another deposit." Okay that's understandable, I hope they understand I was doing something important for the community. Ring ring, hey there I just got out of the blood donation facility, can you all put my deposit on the next appointment? "No sir, you need another deposit" wow I don't think I can support a counseling business that is completely uncompassionate, please remove me from everything forever. So, if you made it this far, go somewhere else, this place, that $50 is irrelevant to me, it's the complete disregard for other circumstances. Was it my fault I missed the appointment? Yup sure it. Was I doing something selfless, not enjoyable, and will help someone with cancer or some other procedure? Yup sure was, and I even did it for free, because that's what good people do."
