"The Dentist on duty I have no issue with. She was quick and efficient, and somewhat communicative; given the fact that I need to see an oral surgeon. The staff that works there is an whole other story. Difficult to deal with is an understatement. Where a typical dentist office or doctors office will work to get you to the right place, this staff will make minimum effort. Maybe its to keep you from paying another facility, maybe they really don't care about helping people.. Good thing I have experience in dealing with billing issues. I'm sure this is the type of facility that won't make an effort to communicate coverage with insurance companies or the client. It's 2 and a half hours later, the office closed at 6, and still i haven't gotten notification about antibiotics being ready at the pharmacy. Choose another place and save yourself a headache and half the day...."

"First appointment for my son was fine. Second appointment was rescheduled. I was informed 1 week prior to appointment when the appointment was confirmed. Had to quickly try to reschedule everything else I had to do while in town that day and pray that I could change my scheduled day off from work to accommodate the new appointment date. Last appointment (today) was scheduled for a root canal for my son. The day before appointment, was notified on a change in the time of the appointment. About an hour and a half before the appointment, they called to inform me of a cancelation and asked if we wanted to come in 30 minutes earlier. We did only to find out that the procedure isn't even covered by insurance and they expected almost $500 right then! The receptionist was not pleasant. I guess I was an inconvenience in asking her questions! Would have been nice to be told that it wasn't covered before we made the 45 minute drive and took the day off work! I am absolutely not pleased with this office. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new dental office!"

"Would rate less than one star if I could! When my kids first started going there they were amazing. But in recent years and in recent months they have become unprofessional, they don’t communicate with each other or their patients. This place has gone way down hill no wonder they have such a high turn over rate of employees! The new employees most of them are super rude and unprofessional!"

"The girl at the first desk knew exactly what she was doing to get us checked in and going for our dental appointment. Then comes what I'm assuming is the office manager trying to correct her. I knew the front desk girl knew what she was doing discreetly to get things going without having her patient get upset. Instead the micromanagement from the person in the side office was a total put off. If you don't trust your front desk help then sit in the front. All the correcting in front of patients is not professional at all. I'd always enjoyed this office until today. Just disappointed in how it's changed."
