"Friendly staff. Very good dentist. Only complaint is how long it takes to be seen. We waited 3 hours. Seemed to me like he over booked himself. There were 4 other patients with the same appointment time as us."

"I went to several dentist offices in Lubbock before I finally came here. Some dentists didn’t even look at my daughter’s teeth and said random things. However, Dr.Kennel looked and examined her teeth carefully. I think Dr.Kennel is the most caring and trustworthy doctor in town. Just because he cares for every patient equally, there’s lots of waiting time but I think it is still worthy. His staff is also very nice."

"Terrible place, was called on Thursday to confirm my daughters tooth extraction that following Monday. When I called early that Monday was told was not on the schedule, after informing them they called to verify with me that Thursday was told could be out on schedule. Show up, and was told would be given sedation and would have to wait hour for it to take affect. Here we are an hour later without any sedation. Asked when it would he given was told after he finished with all the hygiene appointments. So what the heck is the purpose of an appointment if your going to see all others before???"

"I'm very appreciative my son needed an extraction but due to that in my town our dentist don't sedate children I had to find another Dentist. I ended up making appt with Lubbock Kids Dental and they squeezed my son in with no problem to get his extraction done the same day ..I'm so thankful my son had headaches and pain due to his back tooth severely damaged and even with his root coming out ..Thanks to Dr. Kennel and his staff for taking great care of my son and taking the time to help my son out ...It was worth the 2 hour drive"

"The facility definitely needs more than one dentist because the wait time is outrageous. My daughter had a procedure scheduled for 7:30am, the building wasn't unlocked until after that time, and she didn't even see the dentist until a little after 11am! We waited over 3 hours PAST her scheduled appointment time. Another issue I had was the length of time that passed between the administration of the sedative and the start of the procedure; the maximum sedation period had passed by the time the dentist even got to us. That's very unprofessional, in my mind, especially when the patient is a young child. Apparently, more than one procedure is scheduled for the same time slot. Because of that, I felt like my daughter wasn't a priority and that the dentist's attention was spread too thinly. No one likes going to the dentist, especially kids so why not schedule according to a patient's needs in order to create a more efficient environment."
