"This place is a scam. They will take money out of your account for no Reason and then not give it back. Update: they took $135 out of my account for a “no show” appointment that I never even made. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to cancel my credit card and dispute the charge with my bank because after 2 hours of debating they won’t give me my money back. Even the lady I talked to on the phone said it was ridiculous that they wouldn’t refund me. It wasn’t her fault she tried really hard for 2 hours to get them to refund it but they wouldn’t."

"They have caused a great deal of financial stress along with now having to scramble to find my own providers. That was one of the main points they push they'll do the work so you can focus on thriving. I have had to call them several times with no resolve from Oct 8th till Oct25th and it was not an issue to them. And the fact that I paid my copays and that they had placed my first session with an out of network Doctor to the tune of $395.00. When I was told he was in network. I called to let them know my provider sent me notice of out of network charge. My appointment was Oct 6th. I contacted them on Oct 8th. They said no he's in network. As of Aug. 8th 2022. I tried all I could I eventually I had to verify it myself and he is not in network. They still said he is. Now I have an unpaid claim in my providers claims. I said what are you going to do about this claim? They insisted there's no claim fee. Then the copay issues I paid my copays received email receipt of payment with the contact person from Thriveworks thanking me for my payments. I get email requesting payment $70.00. So I call again and give them the persons name and number at Thriveworks I assure them it's paid the money shows payment from my checking account. I gave all the codes and information on the email.!st payment of $35.00 on Oct 13th the second Oct 24th. Well guess what on Oct 27th they took $70.00 from my account. I was just talking to them about this on the Oct 24th. Heather was the last person I spoke with who should have gotten the info from the others I did try to email her the receipts. I did not get a call back and apparently sense they don't worry to much about the financials as I did they just let the system charge my account. I have emailed directly from the service agreement link to end my membership but I have gotten nothing back on that just more billing notices and this request for review how they're doing well here it is. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone the stress of this has been awful."
