"We signed up our daughter and paid in full, only to find she was spending an hour on “study skills,” which seems wildly inappropriate for her age of 8. I questioned the management twice about what she was learning, only to be told she might not like the teachers. Once I decided sylvan was not recognizing what she needed help, I lost my trust in their ability to help her. I’m still waiting on my refund, only to be given the run around and nothing in writing about withdrawing her. I’ve decided to report to better business bureau and get a lawyer. They seem to think I made a donation. I would not recommend to anyone."
