"I love Willies Barber Shop. I have never had a bad haircut here. I don't know what all the fuss about the new guy is, but he has given me several haircuts and never disappointed. The best part is hot foam on side burns and neck. My only disappointment here is that they don't offer a full shave."

"I've been here about 3 times. 2 times I received an awesome cut (cant remember her name but the girl did these). I went for the third time today and am guessing I got the same guy as Randy did....I think the barber was a nice guy, although his English was difficult to understand at times - this is not a huge deal as he did understood what I asked for. But guys, and I feel bad writing this, not only was it one of the most physically unpleasant cutting experiences I've ever had but this is is one of the worst barber shop cuts I've gotten. Its not 10 ft away bad but its like 4 ft away bad. He was (for a lack of better words) aggressive and physically moved quickly, and you can tell.....the linework is uneven, only half my head on the lower hairline is faded, he basically left the bottom line of the back of my head as-is. The top styled OK but I look like a chicken at the back after getting out of the shower and no amount of Crew product is helping me. It looks OK at first glance but the second you actually look at it closely it falls apart. I got a cut for my work Christmas party tomorrow and I genuinely feel nervous people are going to comment (my wife doesnt think so but agrees its one of the worst Ive gotten in this style). He has potential and seems like a genuinely nice/funny guy (the during-cut convo and vibe was good), but under zero circumstances should he be cutting a grown man's hair right now. Needs some work first .Maybe he just rushed my cut but who knows. I wish him and the shop my best, especially being a small business, but I definitely feel conflicted on going back right now. Would not recommend new folks coming here until this is resolved. Edit: the owner responded extremely quickly. Thanks for the response. To clarify the cut looked OK when I left the chair but it didnt pass the post-shower inspection. Edit 2: After about a week and a half, this guy seriously screwed my hair up. I have to wait weeks for the back to grow back just to get this mess fixed...."

"I’ll be wearing a hat for the next month after get a hair cut here… You could have attempted to fix my haircut after your employee that doesn’t speak English made me look like a homeless person cut my hair… you were sitting there the whole time. You could teach your employees to cut hair. You could hire people than can understand English. This guy cut my hair like Edward scissor hand and the result is way more realistic than the movie. Looks like some cut my hair with a hedge trimmer!"

"First time at Willie’s. Very unhappy with the cut. I initially asked for the back to be cleaned up as I had previously received a haircut elsewhere. He proceeded to comb my top as if he was going to cut it. “I’m just checking it.” I asked that my sideburns not be touched. “Oh, I’m just trimming them”. I got home, looked in the mirror. They are barely visible. Waste of $20."
