"FGC is truly a gem. As a new mom wanting to bounce back and just be in better shape, I was struggling. My Peleton classes weren't cutting it and I had no accountability after a long day to show up. I thought I was eating healthy, but knew I could improve. I was searching everywhere for strength training/nutrition and came across FGC and SO glad I did! Nate spent a lot of time with me the initial consult. Mike, the trainer is absolutely incredible. He is so patient with me and helping me improve my form. He is encouraging and always makes working out fun, enjoyable, and something I look forward to. I've also learned a ton about nutrition that is making a difference. I am always refreshed, mentally and physically when I walk out of FGC. I have been there 1.5 months and already am seeing great improvement! I have to also mention that everyone training there is so great and encouraging. FGC is not a culture I want to leave and I am blessed I found it!"

"Mike and Nate at FCG are the real deal! Their knowledge, their judgement-free ability to provide feedback not just with exercise, but with nutrition too is unparalleled! As a physical therapist myself, I’m really picky and I already knew the benefits of lifting, exercise form and nutrition, but my focus on these items had waned. I realized that I needed a professional to help guide me. FGC is also great at modifying exercises to ensure safety, and work around the various limitations of old injuries. With accountability, consistency, and the guidance of FGC, I am on my way towards my goals - feeling leaner, stronger and confident that I *will* reach my goals."

"I’ve been training with Nate for a couple months and the positive difference in how I feel and carry myself from day one to today is incredible. The atmosphere of the gym is very supportive, classes are small enough to not feel intimidated but also have the shared camaraderie of going through a tough workout with others. The biggest thing I was seeking in a trainer and gym was slowing down and focusing on getting the form right. He is always there to make minor corrections and will tailor exercises to meet each person’s individual level. I highly recommend this gym and coach Nate if you are looking to gain confidence and strength!"
