"I can't say enough great things about this clinic, especially as a solo mama -- it feels like family welcoming and accepting you on your journey. I interviewed two other doctors (Aspire and Fora) before choosing to come to Westlake IVF. I came on a Tuesday and I was able to start my first retrieval cycle less than a week later -- that's how organized they are! Got meds to me even with it being a holiday weekend. While the first ER was not successful, that's not unheard of at age 41. Did another ER and bam -- lots of embryos. First frozen transfer was successful and led to a very healthy full-term pregnancy. I've never waited for more than 10-15 min. in the waiting room or in the exam room. All staff have been polite and competent, but Amy, Sara and Dr. K really go the extra mile. I'm so fortunate to have experienced their calming presence and expertise. Highly recommend."

"Amy and Dr. Kavoussi are wonderful human beings. I am a surro and they make sure my needs are met. I'm sad when I read these reviews because I have never had that experience with them. They are timely, wonderful bedside, and professional. What more could you ask for?"

"Reading through the other reviews, I am not sure what happened with their experience, but mine has been quite amazing! The entire team from receptionists, to sonographer, nurse practitioner, and doctors have all been amazing!!! I am an actual person to them, not just another patient like I felt was treated at other clinics. We have had great success in our process so far. Communication has been great and I always feel well informed. I highly recommend Westlake IVF to anyone!"

"My wife and I were referred here from a friend. We are in the process of attempting to do IVF and have visited other clinics in town. I agree with the 2 other reviews. This place is unorganized, had the wrong appt time, was late and behind and also has a surcharge on credit card usage. I have NEVER EVER been to a doctor that has a surcharge on credit card usages. After going to other clinics (Austin Fertility Clinic), I can see how much more organized they are in terms of information during the visit and follow up after. I am glad that I visited more than one clinic (even with a surcharge and out of pocket charge) as I feel much better in our decision to avoid Westlake IVF. Also after I read the other review, I did research on rates of success and it is indeed true that this place has low rates of success."

"I agree with the other 1 star on here. This place is poorly run, labs were not called in a timely manner and extensive wait times making it hard to plan your day. You don't know if you'll be in the lobby for 15 minutes or over an hour after your appointment time. You are charge for credit card transactions. If you are doing something out of the norm they constantly have to be reminded. You would think they would read your chart before meeting with you or calling you. But head nurse constantly had to be reminded and that stressed me out that she wasn't on top of things. Dr. Kavoussi is very nice and calming, but never did an ERA which is highly recommended and was closed minded about multiple embryos in spite of repeated request. He's too conservative for the cost and to increase success rate."
