"Package was attempted to be delivered 5 minutes before I got off work, twice in a row. There is no way to schedule it to be after a certain time (Not on the app, on web browser) tried to call customer service and was told to press 2 to answer call and it said “okay we will cancel your scheduled call back” terrible service all around in every aspect. Just use FedEx they are easier to contact and their app works"
