"10 Star!! I HIGHLY recommend Poolmart in San Antonio, TX, for any pool equipment repair work!! I can’t imagine anyone more knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly in the industry. We had a tough heater and pump warranty issue with a Modpool-manufactured pool. The heater wasn’t working, and the pump tripped the RFI breaker. The equipment was difficult and uncomfortable to access because of the small compartment it was installed in. We called several pool service companies, who all turned down the work for numerous reasons. Tom, the owner, and Natasha, the manager at Poolmart, came to our rescue. The work was challenging, but they powered through it and fixed the heater and pump. Tom is hard-working, honest, and has a wealth of knowledge. He explained in detail what was wrong with the equipment and installation, what the fix was, and fixed it. We finally had a working pool, thanks to Poolmart! I hope we don’t have any more issues with this pool, but if we do, we will definitely call Poolmart of San Antonio."
