"UPDATE: I reached out to the pro shop and they were able to rectify this issue and provide me with the proper weighted ball with no problem from them. The older gentleman took extra time to ensure the holes were properly drilled as well. If you go to this shop I would recommend going during the week closer to when they open for better service. Went to this pro shop because we had a gift card and we were greeted by an older gentleman that was less than helpful in answering questions for someone who needed a ball but wasn't sure which one to choose. After 2 different attempts we finally had a younger gentleman who was a little more able to help. We bought a Rubicon less than a year ago because that was the best option with the limited stock at the time. Today we went to another pro shop for the purchase of another ball, had the ball measured and got to talking about weight. Apparently the Rubicon we bought as a 14lb ball was indeed a 12lb, which explains why the speed was so fast going down the lane. I can't recommend this pro shop and will not return unless they offer to rectify the weight discrepancy on the ball."

"Joe was great to work with. Purchased a 15lb. Storm Phaze 4 (was before the rule change) that he had in stock. He spent a lot of time making sure all the measurements were correct before drilling the ball. He also asked a lot of questions to determine your bowling style and preferences. Luckily, he had time to drill the ball now and it was ready within 30 minutes. After a few throws, the thumb was sticking a little. I went back, Joe quickly diagnosed the issue and drilled it exactly where it needed right away and at no charge. The ball feels perfect now. His work and customer service was outstanding. Will definitely come back for a ball purchase, drilling, and other pro shop needs."

"Good pro shop with knowledgeable staff. Joe is a great guy and has always been helpful. I've even tried a few non-standard drill patterns that he helped me try out. My first choice when it comes to getting any work done on a ball. In all honesty the only pro shop I have had better service at was one of the shops at Nationals."
