She was excellent in discussing my treatment plans with me, delivering my child, and the post-care she provided. When she moved to Houston, I had to seek another doctor and it was not the same experience. I moved to Houston and reached out to her office for an appointment and she is STILL amazing!! She remembered almost every personal fact that we had ever discussed. She is so personable and caring. She has great communication skills and her attention to detail and insistence on patient comfort is remarkable. A good doctor treats the issues present; a great doctor treats the entire person who has the issue!! She is a GREAT doctor. Ok. I'm done."

"I did not go through with DrCoombs because of how unorganized this office was during 3-5 months I was with them. This office lost my lab work and had me go back several times to get the same blood work done, I did not receive 1 ultrasound from this office because the machine was not working, so I was outsourced & had to pay which I was unaware and had already made large amount of payments to the office. Not to mention that I was consistently rescheduled last minute or waiting over an hour to be seen. However when it came down to collecting the payment there was never a delay. They are unable to take accountability for anything and instead blame others for the mishaps. I showed up to the office yesterday because my calls were not being answered regarding my refund and final itemized bill. When I requested my refund and final bill back in February they said they could not provide that until after I had delivered because that’s when they could bill. Yesterday they informed me in person they could not give me anything because the lady from billing was not in office and worked from home. Today they informed me she could not provide me the information because they were still looking for the information in their system. When I asked more detailed questions they said they would have the Katherine from Billing give me a call tomorrow. I write all this to say that this business is scamming MOMs to be out of their hard work earned money. I will update this review when I get an update."
