"There is this person in the front desk that is very lazy at his job. He ignores phone calls very rude to customers. Left me on hold for 45 minutes. And the worst part I have an account there with Leslie’s pools. And every time that assh$&! Is there. I always get the run around with parts etc. try looking for corporates #, but there no help either. I spend $1,000.00 of dollars a month on material. But this guy doesn’t help at all. I’d really wish upper management would see this person on the act. If this continues I’m canceling my business with Leslie pools."
"2 girls working there, no one in the store but me. They acted as if i was bothering them. Like they were super busy talking to each other. Go to the Leslie's on 151 and 410. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable."
