Peloton - Plano

"I had been waiting all week for my bike, thinking I could start my workout regimen today, only to be told by the delivery people that they dont deliver the shoes, which are needed to ride the bike. I was also expecting the floor mat, a water bottle and the weights. I would he thought that the Peloton store should have told me about not getting those items. I just tried to call the store but no one has answered. The store is never really busy, so I don't understand why the phone wasn't answered. I guess I have to drive back up there and speak to them in person."

"Made an online appointment. It was nice to try the bike before ordering. Thoughtful touches like giving us the settings for seat and handlebars for when it arrives at home. Good demo and great job answering questions by Camille in the Legacy West Plano location"

"Set an appt with Chris over the phone and upon my arrival, I was greeted right at the door. I forget the name of the equipment specialist but he greeted us and answered all of our questions regarding the bikes and the different packages. I was so pleased with the service, facility was clean and organized. I was able to try out the bike, the shoes and at the end we made the purchase and are now part of the Peloton Service. The entire team came by and congratulated us. Also, because it is Mother’s Day weekend, I received a bouquet of flowers which I thought was very nice! Definitely a great way to start my Mother’s Day weekend! Thanks to the entire staff for such a great experience!"

"We had a great experience at the store! We met with Matt and he was very knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. The best part about it though, they aren’t pushy!! We went in to try the bike fully expecting to have to deal with annoying sales people. But he wasn’t. Basically gave us his card and said “Let me know if you have any other questions!”. So when we decided to purchase a bike we made sure to call in and get the bike through Matt. Very, very pleased!"

"We stopped into the showroom to confirm our bike settings at home. Employees were friendly and quick to welcome us. The team member adjusted my husband’s cleats and fitted us both on the bike efficiently, writing our settings down for us to take with us. The shop was relatively busy but we were still treated like we were a priority. Decent selection of boutique items as well!"
