"This is my favorite school in the area! My biological son as well as my 2 foster children attended and it was such a gift to our family. The director allowed our 6 year old foster son to have multiple therapists come to the school to observe him and work with him. All of those therapists commented on what an amazing school it was. The teachers are wonderful at character building as well as teaching academics. I can’t say enough good things about this school."

"Our family LOVES the Cypress School Of Austin. I taught Kindergarten in public school and I could only dream of having a classroom like the one Ms. Kristen set up for her students. I knew within minutes that I wanted my son to go to this school. We are on our second year and I am SO impressed with the hands-on learning that takes place. "My family has been apart of The Cypress School of Austin community going on our fourth year now. My twins started in kinder-bridge as my son also started in kinder(Aug. of 2020). I just knew it was going to be an amazing fit as I was looking for more hands on learning through play including the Word of the Lord spoken is the icing on the cake! Coming from a Christian Mother’s Day Out program, this was also very important for us to have found both. I could not tell you how many times my kids did not want to leave school and or how many times they told me they loved their teachers! This made my husband and I so happy and feel very blessed! As the school years go on the communication between the parents and teachers are amazing(because we all chat and talk) including my relationship with their teacher. Very easy, prompt, loving, thoughtful, caring and most of all feel heard when speaking on specific needs for my children. I could go on and on about the amazing communication! As for the knowledge and what my kids have learned in the years of attending Cypress, have exceeded our expectations as well. They talk about all the fun things they do and what they’ve learned on a daily basis and are excited to go back each and every single day! Let’s fast forward to my son finishing first grade. The owner and I had spoken of expanding the school several times during my children attending(I didn’t want them going anywhere else!!) and that she had plans to extend the school through 3rd grade but there was going to be a lapse in a year(Aug. 2022 - May 2023) before it could be done until Aug. 2023. This meant my son needed to go into 2nd grade but could not be at Cypress just because the expansion had not happened yet. We tried a different school that did not work out for many many reasons and ultimately we pulled him out 2 weeks in and thought I was going to have to home school him for just his 2nd grade year until the following year he could make it back to Cypress for 3rd grade. We felt so overwhelmed and heart broken for him. I was communicating with his Cypress teacher/owner throughout the first 2 weeks of starting the different school for 2nd grade, letting her know he was having such a hard time and I would like her input on what curriculum I could use to homeschool. All while my twins were still in her class for first grade. She asked if we could meet to talk the day after I pulled him out. Which was August 26th, 2022(I will NEVER forget this day!). Little did I know she wanted him back!!!…was willing to take him on as the only 2nd grader because she did not want him to miss out knowing he’d be back for 3rd!!! When I tell you I cried for joy, I balled!! And could not stop crying the whole day because of how blessed we were to have found such an amazing school that would do this!!! Cypress for life!… is always my saying :) This school absolutely embodies and exceeds all expectations of what a school should be. From the Owner to all of the carefully hand picked teachers, they are simply amazing and truly care for our children. There is no other school like The Cypress School!!!!!!! We love you!!"

"My son has been at the Cypress School for 5 years now. He loves the hands on learning, amazing activities, his sweet friends, and his wonderful teachers. When he is sick he cries - not because he is sick, but because his is missing school! It has an amazing community of families. Fall Festivals, Spring Flings, Rodeo Day, glow in the dark day, and pajama days are just a few ways that the owner of the Cypress School makes learning fun. Last week they even made an apple pie from scratch (ground their own wheat, made butter from scratch, ground their own cinnamon) as a learning tool to learn about various ingredients and cultures from all over the world. We couldn't ask for a better school and we are so fortunate to be a part of it."
