"Friday March 1st, I came to the register and started putting my groceries up and realized the bag of potatoes that I grabbed was ripped and told the cashier I am going to switch it for a bag that was not ripped. She told me it’s okay so I went and switched them. When I came back she rudely asked me why I took so long to get a different bag, although, there was nobody else in line. I told her to not be rude about asking me and repeated that I am a customer. She started to argue with me and proceeded to call a different worker. This worker was also rude and told me he would cancel everything I bought. After, we kept arguing and the worker repeatedly asked me why I took so long to get a new bag and he told me to leave and did not allow me to purchase anything. I did not want to leave until I talked to the store manager, when the manager came she listened to what I said and politely apologized. A similar problem happen the same time with a different customer on a different cashier. I do not appreciate the bad customer service the cashiers were giving. I have been coming here for a very long time and have a membership card and it made me very sad to see how bad the employees treated their customer."

"I love the bakery and the international selection here. This is one of the best grocery store bakery offerings- especially the sourdough breads and the desserts. I also like the produce. Anyway, we are lucky to be close to here and have this near us."

"Absolutely the best grocery store in and around chicago. The Nile’s locations are phenomenal. Freshest meat and fish you’ll find and the selection is incredible. Produce and cheese is outstanding and restaurant quality products all around. Prices are slightly higher than a Jewel or Mariano’s but most products you’ll find are reasonably priced and 100% worth it for the quality and freshness."

"We love this supermarket - Just like the sign says, "Fresh Farm". Everything they have on the shelf is in fact fresh, no doubt. They carry all necessities and variety of international goods. Every time we buy items from this place, especially fruits, they are fresh, and they stay fresh even after several days of purchase. This market does get very busy on the weekends, and it is hard to find certain items if you are not an early bird arriving there. It is expected as the items fly off the shelf quickly. Unlike most supermarkets - this is the ONLY place that carries sweet lemon and lots of them when it is the season. They do have some unique fruits that other supermarkets do not have. However, they don't have it all the time due to the traffic they receive. The staff is super awesome, fast and efficient. The place is super clean and managed well. There are other stores nearby (i.e., Walmart super center) which makes this place a convenient place to go to if you need to visit and purchase items from other stores while in the area. Highly recommended place both for local and out of town people."
