I've been in for lots of samples, deciding colors for some painting projects and he is helpful and friendly. Nice to have a Benjamin Moore retailer close by, as I'm a tried and true Ben Moore girl! Handy place to run to for parts for the odd repair job here and there and they can usually help my husband or I find what we need for whatever project we're working on. The Ace rewards coupons they send are nice too!"

"Got something ordered and was quoted a certain price. 4 weeks later (I was told it’d only take 2 weeks) when i came in to pick up my item the price change was over $20 MORE than the quoted price. Had I known it was going to be more expensive I would’ve gone to another hardware store where I was quoted cheaper. They could’ve honored their word and keep the original price. The new Ace isn’t what it used to be."
