"No one at this location (not even the manager) knows anything about AT&T phone plans despite it being a provider they offer and cannot give you an exact number to your total cost because they don't even know how to check. They then tried charging us a ridiculous amount of money claiming that it was the “same” deal that At&T offers and we wouldn’t find it cheaper over there. When we were able to get our new phones & plan for less than half the price from the store directly. Do NOT recommend!!"
"Took our vehicle in for a radio install. The tech did one of the worst jobs I ever seen and damaged our car. He even said he wouldn’t be happy if he was the customer and wrote down that he damaged the vehicle. He tried to use tape to cover the gaps and nothing lined up correctly. Per best buy staff and management, we took our car to Toyota for a repair estimate that was over $2000. We returned to Best Buy and put in a claim. We were told we would have a response within a few days by management, that was over a month ago. Now no one is answering our calls or emails and we can never get anyone on the phone to speak with. Never go here unless you want your vehicle damaged, the photos below are how the car was given to us with new new radio installed, the damage to the dash and steering wheel column, plus the damage still showing after they put the old radio back in."
