"I have 100 positive things I can say about Menards from there excellent employees all the way to picking up orders for my customers from order pick up . What turns me off from shopping at Kenosha Menards is a Manager by the name of Kyle .He is rude not only to customers but to the employees . honestly I don’t know how he still has a job let alone being a Manager .Respect and manners is two things that go along way both he lacks in . The time I spent with Kyle ordering lumber for my project and his behavior towards me and who ever he called on his radio to check a Count on what I was looking for was unacceptable behavior. I will make sure the next time I come in it will not be him I get help from ."

"Really clean store and same layout as the rest. I find comfort in the fact that no matter what Menards you visit, you know where everything is pretty much. How ever in that same honesty, Menards is never a store you visit on a whim. Unless it’s spring, cause the garden center flowers are usually always worth a walk through. That being said I didn’t need help finding anything. The only employee I had the pleasure of talking to was my cashier. Very likable, she actually made my mundane trip worth not driving a few more miles to Walmart. She had that personality that had you thinking maybe I should get a job here too. Names don’t usually get addressed in transactional conversation, but I wished I would have. She deserves to be acknowledged by her employer for her proficient customer service skills."

"I have shopped at Menards since they opened in Kenosha and have had overall a great experience. Always have what I need which helped me a lot in all of my projects. People overall are friendly and helpful. I especially like there check system which is the great. Dont change! Recently I had to take a fairly large order of insulation back which I really don't like to bring things back. I had exceptional help from a girl named Katie at the return desk, very pleasant very helpful and left very satisfied. Thanks again."

"I love Menards for their Christmas decorations and giant outdoor house wreaths, but even more so for the customer service and friendliness of all the employees. I went in there at 6am as soon as the doors opened. Everyone was bright eyed and happy to be there, everyone greeted me and said hello. Ivan in hardware was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. Lulu the cashier that checked me out was so kind and sweet and beyond helpful. I love shopping at the Kenosha store so much even though I live closer to the Sturtevent store."

"I love Menards! Especially when you order something online and you go pick it up. They send you a QR code…. You drive up to the kiosk and it scans in the QR code…. The gate opens…. And you drive back to the Order Pickup area. You call a phone number and they will bring it outside…. or you can go inside and they give you a cart to donut yourself. The service is friendly and helpful. When you leave, they scan in the same QR code…. Check what you have loaded…. They open the gate…. And drive away. Simple and easy…. And FAST!"
