"Coach Tammy protects employee Joseph after Carlos had to stop him from encroaching/accosting my husband telling him to "walk the other way". Tried to file a complaint with them in person and they had Asset Protection Aaron and Gideon involved like we stole something or some criminal nature. They call the police and my husband gets arrested for trying to file a complaint about being treated differently as a black man in the store by Joseph who only stopped my husband's progress to the registers but not the white customers. They refused to apologize for employee Joseph's behavior, but criminalized both of us for being upset about our experience. Civil lawsuit is on its way, you can promise that one!"

"Walmart closes in 15 minutes, I arrived already knowing what I watched two items: a new flavor for my cirkul water bottle and a naked juice. When I approached the door they told me that they were closed and wouldn’t allow me in. It’s 10:45pm when they closed at 11pm. Just because Covid happened and Walmart isn’t 24 hours anymore doesn’t mean there aren’t people working 3rds out there. Trash Walmart."

"Lots of selections of groceries, household furniture, Toys, and much more. I recently bought a computer from here and the purchase process was smooth. But I usually buy groceries here too. Staff are friendly and kind, but literally no one is ever and I mean EVER at the paint section, or hardware supply section! That made me a bit upset. One time, I waited 30 minutes for someone to come over to the paint section. I clicked the "need assistance" button like twenty times I swear. But hey, this place is perfectly fine for anything other than that! Good for quick grocery trips."

"I witnessed Fernando team lead like a Mgr not handle a situation appropriately meeting customer service around 2 pm. He was arguing and his tone raised to my daughter asking for the proof in the return policy why a Christmas given couldn't be returned as it's consumable but wasn't used ans all intact. If it's a state and federal law why it cannot be returned then shouldn't your customers be given and aware that notice in writing or shown and only be in food and liquid then home and living? It is highly not professional for him to have my daughter have this conversation how it was on camera this afternoon. She was just asking for the proof and then he promoted a non sale for you guys with the stuff she wanted To buy but she refused to give her money due to how he treated her on situation. Some people have been lied to in their life why they ask for that physical proof. My daughter doesnt have to support a big company capable to walk away like done, and deny business as she did and me seeing it. She only asked to see the store policy's for a team lead to not show it and argue about it. The cashier was much nicer then the mgr in professionalism and wanting to help the customers. She needs to take his job as team lead as where does it say a team lead can be rude and unprofessional? Customers should not have to leave complaints on customers service for the truth."
