"Went in because we just recently bought a new house and will be using this store ALOT but I gotta say I've never experienced such a hot and cold type of shopping experience... Because they are super informative but at the same time ALOT act like they are burdened to be there then if you wanna talk about the associates that are supposed to be "helping" instead a lot of them try and to ANYTHING but help someone by looking busy. But at the same time the store is clean, well stocked and as long as you don't mind dealing with the integratity and work ethic of a sloth then this is the store for you."
"I made a purchase two weeks ago for flooring almost 2000 dollars, and i opened a new credit card and I get 6 months for 0 interes, and around same time i went to home Depot and i made a purchase for $1000 in a stove for 0 interes for 6 months but the manager write off the 6 months and approved for 24 months 0 interest so i decided to come back to lowes and ask if they can write off the six months at least 12 months 0 interest so i spoke to the manager he said yes they can call in to the credit line but if he approved that the store was gonna lose money, so him never help me. So I think is better option go to the competition, your pocket would be more happy."
"Good store a lot of tools but services don't know any thing about plumbing , electric and thermostats C- wire connection. They have to go for training or special courses before Lowe's hire them. I can get more answer from Google search.!"
"I love going to Lowe’s. I wish there was one in Racine. The closest one is in Kenosha. I know you are probably saying… “that isn’t that far away”. But when you are in a hurry, it is kind of far. But I like everything they have. It’s easy to find things you need. The people working there are friendly. They have a great power tools area and paint section. Lowe’s is also the cleanest of all the large retail home improvement stores. I highly recommend Lowe’s!"
