"Purchased a Barclay acrylic tub through a local bath supplier. The tub arrived cracked and had clearly been damaged during shipping. Multiple calls were made to Barclay with no answer. The local supplier reached out to their Barclay representative and Barclay would only offer a discounted price for a second tub. Their written guarantee online is completely misleading. I would not purchase anything from this company. Their customer service is not just very poor, it is non existent! Now what to do with this cracked tub? Also should note, the second tub leaked around the drain like I’ve never seen before."

She had me go on the site and make sure it was my product and then sent me an email immediately that my product was being sent tomorrow. My problem was with Lowe's when I purchased a Barclay product on-line from the Lowe's web page. Although I could not get Lowe's to give me information or take care of the issue - but by mistake from what I understand they transferred me to the Barclay customer service people and OH Joy what a difference. Not only did they say they would try and help - but they did help and they kept me informed and promised my product would ship from their facility within 4 days. They called me back the day after I told them about my issue and gave me a complete update and verified the ship to destination - and never asked anything of me!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - JUST GREAT."

"Bought their farmhouse sink at a local retailer. It was installed last July. The glaze on the sink has cracked in two spots. I emailed their customer service 3 separate times over the past few months and have heard nothing back. Their website says they have a 100% guarantee on the products and that the president of the company is very concerned with customer service; I have found this to be absolutely false. I would not recommend buying any of their products."
