"Prices change every time you come. They talk to each other the whole time instead of you. They rush through pedicures and do a half a job. They charge $15 to put gel on and if you don’t want it next time they want to charge $5 to take it off. That’s crazy to pay to get it and remove it. I do not suggest them for pedicures at all. Updated 10/10/2023 I went in today and the girl who normally does my nails was busy so I let someone else do them. Afterwards I tried to make an appt with Tina, who normally does my nails, but because I left a bad review about the pricing for pedicures, she no longer will do my nails. So beware, you are not allowed to have a bad experience or they will refuse to give you service if you tell anyone. Very poor customer service in my opinion."

"This place is nice environment and clean. They really need to post there prices instead of making a hidden agenda. They overpriced me at will in spite of what there own pricing menu indicates. Customer service not good at all. Rose is very rude and matter of fact. I paid $172 for services and she is insistent on a tip. I didn’t need her urging me into a tip when I tip based on great service received. She wants to talk you into having service done that you didn’t ask for and can’t seem to take no for an answer making her servicing you that much more uncomfortable. Post your prices, and learn some customer service skills. You don’t get a tip if it is not earned . The service is paid in full. I will not return at all."

"This place is so nice. Everyone is kind and does a good job. I've had my nails done by Lena and CiCi and have zero complaints. The shop is always very clean and their prices are very reasonable. This picture is about a week of growth, but I always get a solid 3 weeks out of these bad boys and not ONCE has anything fallen off. I get the regular acrylic gel set withban almond shape."

"My friend tagged me along today to get our nails done. I decided to go all in and try acrylic nails for the first time. Overall, my nails turned out super cute. My Technician was efficient, quick and did exactly what I wanted. I would get them shorter for next time just because of my line of work and I feel that I was annoying the tech because I wouldn’t relax, but I eventually got the hang of it. I’ll definitely be back."
