"Made an appointment by phone for myself and 3 friends for 11am and we didn’t get called for our appointment until 11:40. We sat with our feet in water for over a half hour before we were even helped. One of us was overlooked and others were helped who came in after us. She had her feet soaking for over 40 minutes. By the time we were done with our pedicures they realized they didn’t take care of her. They gave her a rushed, fast painting of the toes and did not apologize for not taking care of her. As we paid, I was yelled at by the door that I didn’t pay when I just paid for myself and the other who didn’t get hers done when we all did. Complete and utter hot mess and no discount for the mistake THEY made. Never ever again will I set foot in this place. They had us pay way more than what we should have."
