"So happy to be dropping these guys. I moved zip codes (roughly 16 miles) and my rates went up over $200 a year. Then a few weeks later I sold one of my cars. When I canceled the coverage for that vehicle the rates on my primary car went up another $200 a year. Their customer service is horrible. Their website is even worse. Don't even bother with their phone app. They are one of the big evil insurance companies that care very little for their clients and only want your money. I went with another big evil insurance company and I'm saving almost $700/year. The new company covers roadside assistance and my deductible dropped from $1000 to $500 Bye MetLife."
