My BMW X3 kept losing coolant and one supposedly "reputable" major auto repair chain shop misdiagnosed the issue as a blown turbo. Phil understood our predicament that we were stuck in St. Louis until the car was fixed and was able to repair it (by ordering and replacing two coolant hoses that were leaking) and got us back on the road within two days.
