"My last two visits have required manager intervention. I was in there today looking for some cold winter gear for my wife. There are signs everywhere marking down pretty much every stitch of winter clothing. I chose some Manzella gloves identified as 25% off. "Discount to be taken at register". So I finally get my turn to checkout and they ring up full price. I ask for a price check- they in turn ask another person to check. After an obvious eye roll , they walk just out of sight, come right back and says- "no they aren't on sale". Totally didn't even go to the section where the item came from. That's just plain lazy!! So I said I'm not paying full price. I ask if I come back with a photo- will they honor the price?! They are just totally confused at this point... So I go and snap a pic of the sign, show the photo and ask for the item 25% off. Now they didn't know what to do and the manager has to come fix it. Point is- how many people did they screw on that?! How many times a day are they doing this?"

"Staff's always great. Check your weapon up front, at customer service. Gun bar staff knowledgeable . Not many options nowadays, with the base no longer having any fire arms, ammo, or accessories, this will be my go to. Ammo selection slim, but that's everywere."

"Great store! They sell a wide variety of outdoor accessories. I needed some wood and charcoal starter for my smoker, and I found everything I needed there, and it was reasonably priced."

"I visited this store at noon on 12/13/23. I needed a bike for my daughter. I thought they didn’t have the one I wanted because they weren’t in the bike section. There are bikes lining the top shelves all around the back corner of the store. Mike offered help and I said I would find him when I decided on a bike. When I went to look for him, I found twenty or thirty more bikes back in the shoe department. Jeff in the shoe department was incredibly helpful, as was Mike when I went back to the front of the store to compare bikes. Jeff and Mike were fantastic and get 10 stars, the 4 stars is whoever made the decision to hide bikes in the back corner of the store."

"Sandy behind the customer service desk is the reason why people choose to go to Dick’s instead. I had to do an exchange. There’s no sign for “Exchanges/Returns” so I did what you do at every single other establishment, and went to the customer service desk. I said “hi I have an exchange.” Sandy immediately had the worst attitude, waving her finger around, rolled her eyes, and told me “there’s 1 line” and pointed to the main line at the registers. That’s fine…it’s her tone and delivery. I spent over $600 in the matter of 2 days here and because of her, I won’t be returning. I can already tell it’s her personality and I can guarantee she’s a miserable co-worker to be around. I’m sure you can pull up the camera and SEE the way she let me know the “rules.” Won’t be back."
