"I called Jake this morning after seeing good reviews and how geographically close he is to me (I'm new to the area). I had what I thought was just a slow leak in a tire, so I told him it was no rush. He said he was busy, but didn't want me to be driving on a potentially bad tire, so he said to come in at 1:00 and he'd squeeze me in. I got there right at 1:00, he took my car right away, and less than 30 minutes later, I was on my way with a permanent patch in my tire (which would have definitely been completely flat by tomorrow had Jake not made time for me today). He is a super nice, genuine man who seems to really care about making sure everyone gets his best work in a timely manner. I would trust him with any other work my car may need."

"I got a nail in my tire dropping my daughter off at college for the first time. I got stood up at another appointment to repair my tire as I was leaving town...so I called Jake, and he said bring it by. He took a look, removed the nail, and patched the tire...all in short order. He also helped make sure that a customer was getting the right service and right tire, while connecting with them. Highly recommend!"

"We are from southern Illinois and recently visited our daughter and son-in-law who live in Evanston. Late afternoon the day before we were planning to head home, we discovered one of our tires was very low on air and we could not inflate it. We called Jake at 4:40 pm knowing his business was going to close in 20 minutes. Jake agreed to not only look at our tire, he also removed the screw and patched the tire which kept him at work about an hour past closing time.
