"I went in to get my car looked at before a long road trip and I have to say out of all the shops I've gone to this one made me feel right at home! As a younger female, I've had a lot a bad experiences w/ employees at repair shops. A lot of times they would talk down to me or give me some snarky remarks. But at greatwater they talk you through everything going on and the person at the desk was so social I completely forgot the dread that comes with going to an auto repair shop. Not only that, but I had a few things wrong with my car and they gave me so many different quotes and options to better suit my budget. They were also very patient as I tried to figure out what route I wanted to go. I will definitely be coming back and I've made sure to tell anyone I know about the great service I experienced."

"These guys run a great shop on time work, fair prices. They send a text with your full service report and offers with deals on future services. On time, clean. Nice people. Thumbs up."

"Went in for a slow leak in my tire. The guys I spoke to in store were really nice. Quoted me $27 for the leak repair. Turns out the nail was too close to the sidewall for repair. Had to replace the tire. They offered same day service, but I couldn’t make it. They got the tire and I went back the next day to have it changed. Changing the tire only took 30 minutes. Decent price. Great service. Bonus: they know how to work on Tesla cars. Apparently this isn’t common. Some places I called wouldn’t work on Tesla’s at all. I have them bookmarked now as my go to for tire repairs."

"The new owners of this location have made a couple of management changes over the past two years, and I think they’ve finally found a winner in the new manager, Robert, and his team—they’re highly skilled, knowledgable, and friendly. They caught issues in my older vehicle that previously went unaddressed. And the pricing is reasonable and honest, and service is delivered on time as promised. I feel safe again driving my car, which handles better than it has in a long time. I hope Robert and his team have a long, productive tenure at GreatWater—Evanston."

"Great water could not have been more accommodating to a traveler from out of town. After running over a curb the night before and then observing fluid running out from under the car, I was reluctant to get on the road the following day without having my car checked out. They immediately took the time to check my car out and I was on the road the following morning. I highly recommend them. You do not run into such pleasant and considerate service often."
