"Joe and James, the brothers who run this shop, earned our business years ago when my wife stopped in because of some engine issue that started as she was driving near their station. They diagnosed it quickly, found that it was a minor item, fixed it, and told her no charge. We've been their faithful customers ever since and they always do excellent work at reasonable prices."
"A part of the underbelly of my car was dragging/scraping on the pavement when I was driving. I took the car to James at Skokie Auto Service. Within 1hr I got a call that the car was ready to be picked up. The repair must have been very easy because they didn’t even charge me (it was a plastic clip holding a metal part that needed to be replaced). These guys are definitely honest mechanics, and good people for helping me out with the quick repair. I will be taking my car here for service in the future. Thanks again James!"
