"I have been to the Autobarn Service Center before and been happy with the work, but despite telling both America and Angelica to remove me from their call reminder list as i am capable of knowing when my car needs an oil change they continue to call me - once a month or more!"

"Not a wonderful experience. My car was making a funny noise, so i took it in to be looked at. They couldnt replicate the noise, so just did nothing and sent me a text that my car was finished. I tried to call multiple times to explain (again) how to replicate the noise, but no one answered or called me back. So I had to leave work and go down there to show them what was wrong. Such a waste of time, especially considering that I explained in detail what the noise was and when it happened when I dropped off my car."

"Comfortable space to wait for your service. They have stable Wi-Fi, snacks, water, and coffee. Staff is friendly and does a great job communicating what’s going on and any issues that come up. Haven’t felt pressured into unnecessary service, but they give you good timeframes for things that might need to be addressed in the future. Their time estimates for service are also really close, which is helpful."

"I purchased a car from the Autobarn and added the prepaid regular maintenance agreement to cover oil changes, etc. I made an appointment online for a Saturday using my login that has all my details, including the make and model of my car. I received an email confirmation and several reminders. When I showed for my appointment, I was told that it would be a two hour wait for the oil change. I left my car and decided to walk around the shopping center. I received a phone call from the service person telling me that they "didn't have the tools" to work on my car, and that the service center next door has them and they are fully booked for the day. I need to come and get my car. FYI, I DON'T have an exotic car. Any shop should be able to do an oil change. I returned to complain about them not being able to work on my car but accepting my appointment. I was told there was nothing they could do. I was also told that there are no managers on duty at any of the service centers on a Saturday. The whole staff was very rude, they weren't interested in helping me and seemed to all hate their jobs. I called the "service managers" at both service centers and left voice mail messages. I never received any call back. They took my money for prepaid services but are not interested in providing any kind of customer service or living up to their contracts. Not to mention that with an appointment, it was still going to be a two hour wait for an oil change. Plus what service center doesn't have a manager available on a Saturday. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM AUTOBARN AND DO NOT PURCHASE THE PREPAID MAINTENANCE. I wish I never had!"

"This was my 1st time getting my car... 2017 Mazda 3... serviced here... It was an awesome experience... They were friendly, knowledgable, and great listeners... so they fixed everything exactly as they committed. They now will have a new returning customer."
