"I have called several times in the past 3-4 weeks and have talked to Wanda about moving a hot tub for us to our house. Every time I spoke with her, she said the guy who schedules the moves will call us back by the next day. Many weeks went by and never got a single call back. Found a company called Only The Big Stuff Movers and they came out within two days!! Very on top of everything and very professional so if you ever need your hot tub moved, call them! UPDATE: You can't find anything under my name because it was my husband that called you and spoke to you personally (Wanda) multiple times. My husbands name is JONATHAN RODRIGUEZ, you will actually see SEVERAL calls from him as we tried getting somebody to help us with a quote for a solid 3 weeks."

It was great seeing Wanda again where she walked us though the purchase. The delivery guys Aldo, CJ and Abel did a great job delivering the new hot tub. This team did a fantastic job on the install. If you're currently in the market for a hot tub go see Sandy or Wanda who are super friendly and knowledgeable at the 1604 West location. We ordered our tub, and it came in just as advertised. Very smooth transaction! The hot tub is now a great place (other than the dinner table) to spend quality time with our family. If you have questions about chemicals, Skyler was super helpful in explaining a short version of maintaining water quality."
