"I just arrived at 8:01 and they I had already locked the door and were counting the cash drawer. I asked if I could buy something real quick, she shook her head no and continued counting the money from the drawer. She never approached the front door, she stayed behind the counter. This is my first time to Leslie's, and this is a poor experience. If asking for a minute of time is too much, for a few hundred dollars in sales... that's definitely not the customer service I expected."
