"The employees base their willingness to help on their emotions. They’re also willing to use whatever cards they have available to them to make payments WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION to the real insurance providers. A family member helped pay half as I payed the other half to activate the coverage with the REAL insurance providers. During the process with magnum to help activate the plan I SPECIFICALLY said NOT to save my family members card. I could no longer pay and the coverage plan with the real insurance provider was set to cancel on a specific date. To note I was never even paying magnum I pay the ACTUAL insurance provider not magnum as my own card and nobody else’s is saved on the REAL providers website not magnums. They get commissions by providing customers to REAL insurance providers magnum proceeded to use my family members card to reinstate the plan WITHOUT MY PERMISSION after it was already canceled! Go directly to the insurance providers or with a better facilitating company as these scam artists only work to play games and suck money from you any way they can. They call themselves an insurance company but they DONT EVEN PROVIDE THE COVERAGE…. Just sick people praying on unknowing individuals just like the rest"

Someone had to step forward and take charge because she was getting out of hand. I would not recommend you come here! They pressure you for a signature even after asking I want to take time to read the terms. 10 years as a client and I’m moving forward to something better. Choose wisely."
