"Just walked into Burleson Leslie’s pool store and not one employee said welcome, hi or anything one younger guy in store which was helping a customer and older one which was not with a customer. The older guy saw us waiting at counter in the back as he was sitting right in front of him writing and didn’t say anything to us like.. did you guys need help finding something or anything the young guy asked us if we where the one who called about a part and immediately went and grabbed it checked us out and back to the customer he was helping and thank you for that. This was our first time in there and definitely our last. We will get our products from E pool and Amazon. In my opinion you should definitely greet customer as they walk into a business even if your with a customer. That’s called customer service."

"Great service. They went above and beyond to track down a part for an old filter. They were very busy and it would have been easy to just order a part and make me wait. The manager made calls looking for the part and ended up checking directly with the warehouse to make sure they actually had the part."

"I just had a really bad experience with the local store. We go there a lot and I buy lots of products there. I just used several of their products this week. But I went in to get my water tested and I put my sample In the little bucket s they have at the same time another person was putting in her sample. And my results just made no sense. They printed out a paper and put the exact same products that I just finished using. All I really wanted to know was if I could move to the next step in the process, but the test made it look as if I had taken 3 steps backwards despite following all the instructions. They became very defensive, not helpful, and blamed my problem on using a different brand of chlorinating granules. But I know what I have is identical to the power plus they sell. I just am able to get it cheaper sometimes. Sometimes I buy their brand though so they have no business acting like I am just there for free testing. I suggested they mixed u p our samples but they were just stubborn to the point of rudeness and I may never go back. I still bought filter cleaner because the one they have works really well. But I really hated the way I was treated. They kept saying you have to use only their products for a guarantee. What a joke: they don’t guarantee anything anyway. I just wanted to know my chlorine level and alkalinity and I am sure I did not get the right answers."

"I purchased a Polaris robotic here and it has been there for repair 3 times. Jim blames the customer for the repairs and problems. He is rude and acts just annoyed that you are even asking a question. Will never purchase another Polaris. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond each time I have been there for supplies or service. He follows through and does what he says. I recommend that you avoid Jim and just deal directly with Adam; otherwise you will leave frustrated!"

"Worst management ever. Purchased a spa vaccumm button. Special ordered part in april. Came in incorrectly twice, finally 45 days later the correct part came in. I was told i needed to come in and pay the difference. I told Jim i would return the button and expected my money back. He said i will give you store credit. I will never shop here again. I would rather drive 30 miles to Arlington."
