"Worst Experience!! I would rate 0 if I could I went in on the 27 to exchange a pair of shoes but they didn’t have them in store so I decided to order them online in a style so I had to pay the difference and have them shipped to home . I leave with just a receipt, fast forward to today I look at my receipt to see if theirs a tracking number and theirs nothing on there I also notice the shoes that were “ordered online” were not even the size that I had wanted. I call the store to see where my order is come to find out my order was NEVER PLACED even after already paying the difference for the shoes. So I tell the lady on the phone if she could just go ahead and place the order over the phone since I had paid the difference already she said I couldn’t because they needed to see an ID. Never again am I coming here save your money and go elsewhere!!! Oh also forgot to mention when I got there just like the other reviews said how the girls at register are on their phone they are not lying! I went in a the lady was just on her phone mostly likely why my order never got placed because she wasn’t paying attention!!!"
