"Went to purchase a gun with my wife. Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped my wife feel comfortable as she checked different ones out. After bringing one out for purchase he was giving it a once over and noticed the safety didn't move like it was supposed to and took it back to bring us one that functioned properly. We really appreciate it, thanks Travis."
"Love Academy, I'm outdoors person, they have everything I need. My only probably with this store is the checkout process, always takes forever. I always purchase whatever I have in my hands at the time, but I really want to throw my stuff on the floor and leave. This location always has 20 to 30 people in line and only two registers open. I shop here atleast two times a week, the checkout time ruins any other plans I may have for the day."
"Desperately need to make sure the reps are being helpful to customers and not playing around with each other while ignoring guests. It was clear, as a customer with disabilities, the staff around the store were more interested in goofing off with each other. The cashiers were excellent in behavior and service!"
