"Just got off the phone with someone who identified himself as your manager. I started telling him about I was getting an erratic oil pressure reading. I noticed the erratic readings about six weeks ago. That's when I noticed it! He said, "Sir, you have not had an oil change in nine months that's why you getting the erratic behavior!" He went on to lecture me loudly saying, "You're SUPPOSED TO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT LEAST 2 TIMES A YEAR!" I said "how do you know that is the problem when you haven't let me finish what I'm about to say?" He told me he didn't need to hear what had to say because that is the only reason I was having a problem--he said this while increasingly becoming belligerent and raising his voice. He accused me of having a bad day or something, and didn't want to deal with me! He told me to, "Look at the back of your receipt sir, 3,000 miles or 3 months. Have a nice day." He then HUNG UP on me! Incensed, I called back to tell him that your company put the wrong oil filter on my truck! "Couldn't that be the problem?," I asked. Once again he screamed that I have not had an oil change in nine months; then, he YELLED, "Look at the back of your receipt, 3,000 miles or 3 months!" HE HUNG UP ON ME A SECOND TIME!!! I've attached photos of the Service Champ oil filter your shop installed on my Ram 1500 V8 5.7L Hemi engine. I am now dealing with a MIL code that points directly to the problem being caused by the incorrect oil filter!! And not because I need to change my every 3,000 miles or 3 months!!! In fact, I have not even put 500 miles on the vehicle since the February 20, 2023 oil change!!! I WILL NEVER LET YOU TOUCH ANY OF MY VEHICLES AGAIN!! AND, As long as that disrespectful fool who calls himself "the manager" is employed there, I will advise everyone the stay away from this service center!!!!!"
