"Found this store on the Filson website under authorized retailers. Went in just to look around, came out with a Barbour vest and a Pendleton shirt. This store has some serious inventory. Lots of high quality stuff you'll be handing down to your grand children. This isn't your typical mall fast fashion throwaway clothing store so don't expect the prices to be the same drop by and look around maybe buy something, plus you'll be supporting local business"
"My experience with the folks at tackle box was excellent. I needed special order simms waders and was doubtful of the willingness to help with that task at the big box stores. I needed them on a deadline and I know how hard it can be to find customer service that is knowledge and willing to not only assist with the order, but also ensure they would arrive on time. Tackle Box Outfitters delivered on product knowledge, great customer service, great product selection and an obvious passion for the outdoors."
"Horrible customer service. I attempted to return a T-shirt (Christmas gift). The staff immediately assumed, without asking, that I purchased the item on sale; “we don’t take returns on sale items”. I told them that it was a gift and wanted to return it. They decline by saying that the item had gone on “sale” After Christmas and they couldn’t not take it back. Then I asked for the store credit, again they refused. No attempt at all to try to solve the situation. Just horrible. I hope this review prevents any potential customers from making the same mistake I made. Just terrible."
"I am new to town. Bruce was super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to share what he knew about some good starting places for me to fly fish. Thanks Bruce. PS the rest of the crew were friendly. I also liked the selection of flies available to me. I brought most of my own gear, but if I ever need to replenish, this is my go-to place."
