"These people are amazing! I walked in with a furnace from my 2012 Jay flight asking them to diagnose it and replace the sail switch and the board if needed. They determined the unit was in great shape and just replaced the sail switch. They had an RV show this weekend and their resources were limited, but turned it around in 48 hours. So much going on right now, crazy busy but they treated a guy with a 12 year old furnace problem like I just bought a new RV."

"We just bought our first travel trailer from Rick’s RV. Our sales person was Paul and he was awesome to work with and guided us as we had a lot of questions. Everyone at Rick’s was great to work with to complete the sale. We brought our camper back to have it winterized and worked with Dianne in service. I also had a few other items that needed adjustments being it was a new camper, and she made sure all of it was completed. She also was very good about keeping us updated throughout the process because we had to wait a bit while some parts were ordered. Very pleased with everything at Rick’s !"
