"Very nice and brand new store. I know that it's just opened not long ago, but enough to should have proper customer service. I was waiting at the cash register ready to checkout. There were 6 employees there and they were busy...talking to each other! Hello? There were a couple of employees looked at us and didn't even bother say "give us a second" or any thing like that to acknowledge our presence. We can wait if they are busy but 6 of them, talking to each other. Really disappointed. Please take your business to across the street, golf galaxy has better customer service."

"Great place if you want to look at clubs, not so much if you want to purchase. Went twice in a week, first day I purchased a belt and did some research on a set of irons. The second time today to exchange the belt and to possibly purchase a set of irons. After the exchange, I went to look at the irons I was interested in. Not one salesperson on the floor. No help at all. After tracking down an employee at the register, I asked about price matching. I only asked as the price on display was more expensive than on their own website, by about $50. I also asked if they would match another website, which was $150 less than what was shown in the store. The guy said no, so I left. The employee was more interested in what was on his phone than actually helping any customers. There were several other customers wandering the store with no help and only one employee on the floor helping a person with a fitting. So all in all, if you want to over pay and can purchase your items without any assistance then go here."

"Talk about an amazing experience. Me, my brother and my father went on Friday march 10 for an iron fitting and Grant, the employee who helped us on everything, was the nicest guy possible. Even when I had a case of the shanks, Grant was there to help me through it and fix everything he saw and customize the clubs to what I needed to help me with my performance. I’ll definitely be coming back for a driver fitting and especially request him. Could not have had a greater time. Thanks Grant."
