"Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. All 3 employees were talking about how much they did not want to be there. Barely acknowledged us as we asked about pool chemicals. It was two overweight males and a female that seemed to be scowling permanently. Never unfolded her arms even as we were asking for assistance. Do yourself a favor and don't visit this location. You could definitely find a better place to buy pool supplies. Again, the customer service was the absolute worst."

"I went in for some sand and an adapter with my 3 kids and everyone was so kind and helpful. I thought i was going to have to pay and then put my kids in the car and and park right out front to get the sand. But a gentlemen took the bag of sand out to my car. As a mom of 3 kids, I very much appreciate it!"

"Review specific for service department; not in-store. I verified the charge originated from this store. I requested an estimate for a pool heater installation over the phone. The estimator, Leo, was on-time (the sole positive of the experience) and quickly walked outside to the pumps to assess my equipment. Without even measuring the pool to calculate the volume, he arbitrarily told me I'll need a 400,000 BTU unit, gas plumbing modifications, and a electrical tie-in. And that was the extent of the estimate. He then charged me $100.05 for 20 minutes of effort (site evaluation and trip fees). Never in the process was I informed that the estimate would have associated charges. In fact, I previously had a Leslie's estimate for pool fencing installation at zero cost. I would assume an estimate would explain the scope-of-work required. What plumbing modifications are necessary (you mentioned I may need a new gas meter too), and advised that I should review the equipment specifications on the Pentair website to understand. This individual was not a technician and arbitrarily provided an estimate ($500 in labor for what...2 people for 8 hours? $120 in 2" PVC piping for a 10ft run, etc.). Extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend their store, services, or supplies after this."

"These people are amateurs. They are NOT pool professionals or experts. Simply hourly employees. I called to see if they had a SPECIFIC product and they said they did. INCORRECT. MAKE THEM READ THE LABEL BACK TO YOU BEFORE GOING TO THE STORE because they will simply try to sell you something else. I drove across the city because this store said they had it when I called. Employee barely spoke English. ZERO customer service. THEN after driving all the way there I asked the Manager SLACKER to check to see if another store has it. "Sure, the Austin Hwy store has it." I asked him to call and check. He did but didn't get an answer. "Just go over there" he says. "IS it open????" Instead of checking he simply states "it should be..." CHECK YOU IDIOT! BEFORE YOU SEND SOMEBODY SOMEWHERE! The store was not open because I looked it up before going. If you HAVE TO GO TO THIS STORE call first. Make them check the label of the product you are looking for. Make them send you a picture if you can. Idiots! There are too many pool supply stores in the city to risk your valuable pool on these guys. Avoid them like the plague."
