"This particular store and the chain overall are terrible. They fear monger you into purchasing chemicals and supplies in excess of what you need and don’t clearly state their return policy at time of purchase, nor is it clearly stated on the receipt. In short, both the store and the customer service number stick to the same script regarding returns: no “chemicals” are eligible for return or for refund. That’s not what the return policy on the back of the receipt or the website state. Joshua W was the salesperson who oversold me in this case. I will not shop at this store or chain again. I hope Amazon puts l Leslie’s out of business. They have equal or better pricing and return policies. Thought I’d support brick and mortar while making my H-E-B run, but that totally backfired."

"Everything is out of stock. I am fine paying a premium for being able to come and pick up what I need. However, basic and standard parts (like o-rings) are nevver in stock. They are in stock on-line (other sellers) and are 30% less. Leslie's offers to order but says it can take upto 4 months! Online is 7 shipping days worst case. Also, non-competative on pool chemistry."

"Moved into a new home and as a first time pool owner I had a lot to learn. The pool water needed a lot of work to get into swimming shape and the employee their was extremely helpful. He walked me through the results and what was needed to the pool chemistry back in check. Im between my own pool testing, I'll definitely take samples there to ensure the pool is healthy."

Joshua is most responsive, knowledgeable, professional, technically competent (he has kept some of my units running well past their life expectancy) and always helpful with his recommendations. Plus he never fails to acknowledge my military service. There’s one reason why I go to the store on IH 10 West and it’s because of the service and support I receive from Josh."
