"Primo Medical Supplies will be my go to place for any medical supplies we need from now. Haven’t used a medical supply company before in San Antonio but we needed a mobility scooter. So we started searching for mobility scooters near me and found few medical supply stores like champs, toms wheelchairs , mobility medical and obviously primo medical as well. I made a trip down to all the stores to look at what they have to offer. Looks like primo medical supplies has the best pricing on the mobility scooters and the power wheelchairs. We purchased the golden technologies stride power wheelchair which has FAA approved batteries for travel purposes. The good thing with this electric wheelchair is that you just hit one button and the chair is folded and to open it the same way. If you run out of battery you can use it as traditional wheelchair as well. It’s about 58 lbs and holds 265 lbs. Their customer service is by far the best I have had from any other medical supply store in San Antonio. The gentleman who haloed us I believe steve was the nicest guy and very helpful. They also carry lot more medical equipment such as lift chairs, hospital beds, oxygen tanks, cpap supplies and many more. In a single line I would say, Our experience with this company has been incredible from the beginning to the end. I hope you never need a power wheelchair, but if you do then you don’t go anywhere else than primo medical."
