"This is mostly about Costco tire process. Bought my tires at Costco and months later had a nail flat in one. Stopped at the Costco in Shertz/ Selma and dealt with an axxhxxx of a customer rep named Chris. He said that since I didn't have an appointment it would be 5 or 6 hrs. I guess I should schedule flats in advance. Went home an scheduled to have it fixed 2 days later at the Portranco San Antonio location. After an 1.5 hr wait was told it was not reparable but under warranty. Unfortunately had to come back 2 days later due to needing to order the tire. Spent 1.75 hrs this time getting it done. The customer service rep here, Julio was fantastic though. I won't buy again nor recommend buying tires at Costco due to the time/gas consuming process. It is just alot better process at Discount tires in my opinion and at similar prices."

"The customer service culture is really bad. Most of the times if the employee culture in a business is bad, it comes directly from the CEO, management, and sales. 30 years ago, Costco used to be the big deal. Now it's just another store trying to make people think they are the best. Costco is not even close to being one of the 10 greatest stores, I prefer any other store than Costco. I have experienced bad customer service for years. I don't come here often, so I had enough of their actitud towards me, heading to cancel my membership."
"I love the Costco gas station. I'm pretty sure I am doing thus right n just sharing this info. The lanes are wide enough to accommodate a car passing through to get one of the last gas pumps. No waiting in line for the vehicle in front to be done pumping."
